This year’s BSBI Exhibition Meeting will be held virtually on Saturday 20th November. We welcome exhibits on any aspect of the British or Irish flora, especially from first-time exhibitors. Please submit your exhibit by 5pm on Monday 15th November.
How to exhibit
To begin, please register for access or, if you already have an account from last year, please login.
Once you have access you’ll be able to set up your online exhibit page yourself using one of our poster template options:
1. Poster: A PDF (single page or multiple pages).
2. Web page layout: A mixture of images and text.
3. Gallery: A series of images (which could be photographs, scanned specimens, drawings or diagrams) with caption text.
If you run into problems then, alternatively, you can email the content to us and we’ll set up your exhibit for you.
We hope that you might consider putting together a 1-minute ‘flash talk’ video about your exhibit. This can be a compelling way to get people interested in your work and to promote your online poster. You can film yourself using your laptop or smartphone. We have guidance notes available to help you.
